About the role

  • Respond promptly to all prospect inquiries through phone, email, social & chat
  • Conduct targeted outreach to families exploring independent study or alternative education pathways, converting interest into qualified opportunities
  • Manage and maintain a calendar of consultation appointments, ensuring timely delivery of scheduled sessions
  • Identify trends and recommend solutions to drive increased customer enrollment and long-term loyalty
  • Accurately document all prospect interactions and outcomes in CRM systems
  • Execute special projects as assigned
  • Use solution-oriented techniques that will leave an impeccable first impression
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards internal & external customers
  • Must be available to work occasional Saturdays and overtime

Requirements

  • 2 - 4 years inside sales experience, ideally in education, edtech, or SaaS
  • Ability to effectively close deals while fostering excellent customer relationships and retention
  • Proven success in outbound prospecting and lead qualification
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working autonomously in a remote environment
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar), Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask
  • Exceptional customer service, written & oral communication skills
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus
  • Required internet speed of at least 7Mbps
