About the role
- Communicate the value of our solutions to end users in healthcare.
- Work on-site with customers and sometimes directly with end users.
- Contribute to developing customers’ competence and understanding of our solutions.
- Lead training sessions and workshops.
- Support customer integrations, configuration, and implementation of systems.
- Work with business analysis, process improvement, and quality assurance.
Requirements
- A strong understanding of processes related to laboratory and/or radiology workflows in healthcare, such as laboratory result flows.
- Strong communication skills and experience leading presentations, training sessions, or workshops.
- Knowledge of integration flows and how data moves between different systems within healthcare organizations.
- The ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks and deliveries.
- The ability to understand and describe business processes from both a user and operational perspective.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English.
