About the role
- Make a difference for employees and managers at Cambio
- Manage and update employee data in Workday
- Prepare employment-related documentation
- Support managers with HR-related questions
- Ensure processes are followed and improved
- Act as first-line support in HR and People Operations
Requirements
- University degree or other post-secondary education within a relevant field.
- Experience from a broad role such as HR-administrator, HR-generalist, or similar.
- Good understanding of Swedish labor laws.
- Experience working with an HR/HCM system, preferably Workday.
- Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
