Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed at least three years of accredited college/university-level coursework in Business Management, Human Resources, or Communications
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and task management abilities
  • Ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders and audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced remote work environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in internal and external teams
  • Proactive, solution-oriented approach
  • Comfortable using technology and willing to learn new digital tools and platforms
  • Creative thinker with an interest in employee engagement, workplace culture, and internal communications
  • Experience with Canva or similar design and communication tools is a plus but not required
