About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate the job structure and salary framework, salary surveys, merit cycles, promotions, and fixed and variable compensation policies;
- Manage corporate benefits programs, negotiate with vendors, and monitor utilization, cost, and employee satisfaction metrics;
- Prepare, consolidate and monitor the annual personnel budget, performing variance analyses, forecasts and financial simulations;
- Partner with Finance and Controllership on planning and controlling personnel costs;
- Coordinate Personnel Administration processes, ensuring compliance with labor legislation, collective agreements and legal obligations;
- Act as a consultative partner to leadership, supporting decisions related to organizational structure and personnel costs;
- Lead continuous improvement, automation and standardization projects for Compensation, Benefits and Personnel Administration processes;
- Develop KPIs and analyses using BI tools and People Analytics to support strategic decisions.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering or related fields;
- Postgraduate degree or MBA in Compensation, Finance, People Management or related areas is a plus;
- Solid experience in Compensation, Benefits, Personnel Budgeting and Personnel Administration;
- Experience with job and salary structures, fixed and variable compensation, budgeting, forecasting and personnel cost control;
- Experience with payroll, labor legislation and HR systems;
- Knowledge of BI, People Analytics and HR metrics;
- Advanced or fluent English;
- Analytical, consultative, organized and resilient profile, with strong influencing and leadership skills and a focus on continuous improvement.
