About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Maintain and strengthen relationships with specialty bicycle shops in the Belo Horizonte region.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Monitor commercial indicators and sales targets.
- Track store and product performance and implement strategies to maximize sales.
- Provide technical and commercial support to partner stores.
- Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote products.
- Analyze market data, identify trends, and adjust sales strategies as needed.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in commercial/sales roles, preferably in the bicycle or sporting goods sector.
- Negotiation skills: ability to conduct sales negotiations persuasively and ethically, always seeking the best outcome for the company and the customer.
- Interpersonal communication: ability to communicate clearly and effectively, building trust with commercial partners.
- Relationship management: maintain close, long-term relationships with partner stores, understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions.
- Conflict management: active listening, mediation, empathy, problem solving, and conflict prevention.
- Proactive attitude.
- Availability to travel.
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle for the routes.
