About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage a portfolio of accounts focused on bicycle shops, conducting in-person visits and remote contacts according to the established field plan.
- Execute and adjust your visit plan to improve the efficiency of commercial service to the account portfolio.
- Support shop owners in analyzing their sales funnel, identifying opportunities to attract new cyclists and increase in-store sales conversion.
- Monitor clients' product mix and turnover, suggesting actions to balance inventory and prevent stockouts or overstocks.
- Act as a business consultant to the client, proposing improvements in product display, portfolio management, sales staff training, and point-of-sale execution.
- Record visit information, sales results and opportunities in the system, ensuring data is up to date and accurate.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in field sales and retail relationship management, preferably in durable consumer goods or sporting goods.
- Ability to analyze client performance (sell-in, sell-out, inventory, mix).
- Ability to plan routes and autonomously manage a territory.
- Strong communication skills, collaborative mindset, and results-oriented.
- Valid driver's license and availability for frequent travel.
- Availability to travel;
- Driver's license (Category B);
- Own vehicle.
