About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Preparation of product development briefings in collaboration with the R&D team;
Presentation of new product launches to the commercial team;
Lead stock management for relaunches, including phase-in/phase-out processes;
Trend analysis with application to product development;
Competitive analysis: product, specifications, pricing, and innovations;
Monitoring of Caloi product retail pricing;
Sales analysis and preparation of monthly reports/analyses on category performance;
Tracking client contribution for key accounts;
Monitoring and proposing action plans to improve product margins;
Analysis of sell-in/sell-out by products and clients.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Product Design, Business Administration, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years' experience in consumer goods, in Product roles (Market Analysis, portfolio management, new product development).
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Advanced English.
Experience in the sports sector, especially bicycles, is a plus.
