About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Implement and monitor leadership development, culture, and engagement programs
- Lead and maintain the performance management cycle (goals, evaluations, Individual Development Plans)
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development activities
- Support talent management and succession planning processes
- Track People & Organizational Development (DHO) indicators (climate, engagement, training, performance)
- Act as a partner to leaders in people management
- Supervise analysts and support strategic HR projects
- Coordinate Internal Communications and Employer Value Proposition (EVP) initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields
- Advanced English
- Experience in HR/People & Organizational Development (DHO), with a focus on development, culture, performance, or training
- Experience supporting leaders as an HR Business Partner
- Knowledge of performance management and people development processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, pragmatic, and execution-oriented
- Ability to influence and work collaboratively
- Genuine interest in human development and organizational culture
- Postgraduate degree in People Management, DHO, or related fields (differential)
- Experience with HR metrics and People Analytics (differential)
- Experience working in transformation and growth environments (differential)
