About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage a portfolio of customers (bike shops) remotely (phone, WhatsApp, e-mail)
  • Execute a structured sales routine with a defined cadence of contacts and follow-ups
  • Support retailers in inventory management and product turnover
  • Handle order conversion and monitor the sales funnel (pipeline)
  • Ensure execution of commercial campaigns, product launches, and trade activities
  • Monitor client performance indicators (sell-out, inventory, portfolio coverage).

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous experience in bicycle sales
  • Experience managing a customer portfolio (B2B experience is a plus)
  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot or similar) is a plus.
