About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage a portfolio of customers (bike shops) remotely (phone, WhatsApp, e-mail)
- Execute a structured sales routine with a defined cadence of contacts and follow-ups
- Support retailers in inventory management and product turnover
- Handle order conversion and monitor the sales funnel (pipeline)
- Ensure execution of commercial campaigns, product launches, and trade activities
- Monitor client performance indicators (sell-out, inventory, portfolio coverage).
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in bicycle sales
- Experience managing a customer portfolio (B2B experience is a plus)
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot or similar) is a plus.
