About the role

  • Support the organization and development of campaign communication schedules, email blasts, and marketing communications.
  • Provide operational support for initiatives and educational tools aimed at the commercial team.
  • Assist in developing projects and initiatives to build relationships with retail partners.
  • Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of commercial events.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of internal commercial campaigns and campaigns with retail partners.
  • Support the management of the area's financial and tax processes with the responsible departments.
  • Serve as the point of contact with the partner responsible for bicycle insurance.
  • Act as the focal point for requests for communication assets and activations with agencies and vendors, overseeing the production of materials such as point-of-sale (POS) materials, promotional items, personalized kits, and other campaign support materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
  • 1–2 years of experience in administrative areas, marketing, trade marketing, or related fields.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Advanced English.
  • Ability to work in dynamic environments, proactive attitude, attention to detail, and good communication skills.
  • The following will be considered a plus:
  • Experience in the sports industry, especially cycling, will be considered an advantage.
