About the role
- Support complex commercial negotiations, demonstrating a high level of influence, strong argumentation and advocacy of the company’s interests.
- Continuously monitor sell-out, stock levels, inventory and product turnover at customers. Identify opportunities to improve sell-out for each customer.
- Plan and execute, together with the customer and internal areas, the promotional calendar, ensuring alignment with volume, margin and visibility objectives.
- Ensure a high level of organization and operational control, maintaining execution discipline and smooth day-to-day account management.
- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, trade, supply, finance), ensuring consistency between planning and execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Marketing or related fields.
- Previous experience with Key Accounts, especially with large retailers and marketplaces.
- MS Office.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to operate in dynamic environments, proactivity, attention to detail and good communication skills.
- It will be a plus if you have:
- Experience in the sports sector, particularly cycling, will be considered an advantage.
- English proficiency.
