About the role
- Lead commercial strategy and execution with bike specialty stores (IBD – Independent Bike Dealers)
- Assess and redesign the Route to Market (RTM) model
- Structure commercial processes and guide the team on sales routines
- Ensure execution at the point of sale and lead strategic negotiations focused on return on investment
- Monitor sales and profitability KPIs
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
- Experience in commercial roles, preferably in durable consumer goods, sports, or specialized channels
- Strong knowledge of commercial processes, sales routines, investment management, and point-of-sale (POS) execution
- Solid experience negotiating with counterparts and managing strategic clients
- Analytical, structured, and data-driven profile, with financial acumen to assess ROI
- Affinity for sports and the cycling world is a strong plus
