About the role

  • Lead commercial strategy and execution with bike specialty stores (IBD – Independent Bike Dealers)

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
  • Experience in commercial roles, preferably in durable consumer goods, sports, or specialized channels
  • Strong knowledge of commercial processes, sales routines, investment management, and point-of-sale (POS) execution
  • Solid experience negotiating with counterparts and managing strategic clients
  • Analytical, structured, and data-driven profile, with financial acumen to assess ROI
  • Affinity for sports and the cycling world is a strong plus
