• The position requires an experienced attorney who is familiar with all stages of litigation and can hit the ground running.
• The Senior Attorney will be responsible for representing and growing an individual caseload (primarily cases in pre-litigation), as well as supervising and managing the productivity--including quality of service--provided by the firm's associate attorneys.
• The Senior Attorney's responsibilities will also include recruiting, hiring, training, motivating, and developing associate attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to strengthen the firm's legal team,
• assisting with reviews and promotions, determining attorney salaries and billing rates, and making recommendations for improvement.
