About the role
- Manage and scale the marketing presence with our existing technology and strategic partners as well as identify and launch new partnerships.
- Establish and grow strategic partner relationships with sales and marketing counterparts.
- Drive and oversee the overall partner marketing strategy and program for technology and strategic partners.
- Develop an understanding of partners' needs and how to best position CallRail in key verticals, in partnership with our product marketing and demand generation teams.
- In collaboration with our Partnership and Marketing teams, identify key partners to participate in co-marketing campaigns in order to help grow CallRail’s market presence.
- In collaboration with our Sales teams, manage a pipeline of partner-driven and influenced referrals.
- Work with established partners to craft new approaches to building pipeline, enhance our joint value propositions and drive new sales opportunities.
- Measure the effectiveness of co-marketing campaigns, and relay KPIs to relevant stakeholders.
- Automate and optimize processes across our partner ecosystem. This includes resource distribution, partner communications, and campaign tracking.
- Work with the marketing team to integrate partners and their expertise into our go-to-market campaigns
- Become a subject matter expert on CallRail use cases for partners, and joint value props by industry.
- Oversee partner education and marketing content such as emails, webinars, presentations, and customer success stories to keep our partners up to date on product updates.
- Maintain a repository of partner sales collateral and enablement resources.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 2-4 years of marketing experience; partner or channel marketing experience highly-preferred
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Excellent understanding of integrated marketing campaigns and co-marketing strategies
- Previous experience in a partner or client-facing role
- Data-driven, results-oriented marketer. Ability to collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders to drive business results across a shared vision.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while remaining flexible and consistently meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of B2B SaaS products is considered a strong advantage
- Experience managing a budget and a record of achieving ROI milestones
- Experience working in Salesforce, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms, a plus
- Partner Enablement experience a plus
