About the role
- Make outbound cold calls to pre-qualified leads
- Follow proven call scripts and sales frameworks
- Conduct product demos and sales calls with potential customers
- Understand customer needs and position our AI phone agent as the best solution
- Close deals independently and professionally
- Accurately document calls and outcomes in our provided software
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in sales (cold calling and/or closing)
- Experience handling calls and closing deals independently
- English level: C1 minimum (C2 preferred)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Self-motivated, reliable, and disciplined
- Comfortable working as a Freelancer / Independent Contractor
- Able to work at least 5 hours per day (25 hours per week) more if desired
