About the role

  • Lead complex sales cycles, presenting consulting and support solutions to C-level executives.
  • Collaborate with account teams to develop and execute tailored service plans that maximize customer value and long-term revenue for Calix.
  • Forecast sales activity and revenue using Salesforce, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Promote the Calix Services vision through presentations, events, and targeted initiatives.
  • Utilize AI-driven insights and automation tools, including Microsoft Copilot and Salesforce, to enhance customer engagement and sales productivity.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to executives and key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience selling service solutions to small and medium-sized businesses.
  • Experience in the Broadband Service Provider sector and professional services sales.
  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficient in recognized sales methodologies, processes, and tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree with IT exposure (or equivalent).
  • Hands-on expertise with AI technologies, Salesforce, and Microsoft Copilot.
  • Experience as an overlay sales team member, with adaptability and leadership throughout the sales cycle.
