Business Operations Specialist II
Calista CorporationBusiness Operations Specialist acting as company liaison ensuring timely and compliant task performance. Responsibilities include documentation verification, data processing, and collaboration with employees and vendors.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Receive, verify, and reconcile various documentations and process company disbursements.
- Coordinate with employees, managers and/or vendors on documentation issues.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls over processes and ensure compliance with corporate and department policies and procedures.
- Administrative duties related to above including filing and scanning.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
What you’ll need- BA/BS Degree or commensurate experience.
- Minimum of three (3) years of task related experience.
- PC proficiency to include Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Data entry skills and general math skills required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- May require having Deltek Time and Expense experience.
- May Require having Deltek Costpoint experience.
- May require having budget tracking and employee expense tracking experience.
- May require having JTR knowledge.
