About the role
- Build and own financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning
- Partner with business leaders to manage expenses and identify revenue opportunities
- Develop and automate reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL a plus)
- Implement and optimize FP&A systems and tools to support automation and scale
- Deliver strategic financial insights to cross-functional teams and executive leadership
- Support M&A modeling, scenario planning, and integration efforts
- Create and maintain KPI dashboards across departments
- Lead monthly and quarterly variance analysis and performance reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred)
- Experience in private equity-backed or high-growth companies strongly preferred
- Experience with multi-entity or multi-site operations
- Proven ability to build and scale FP&A infrastructure in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Proficiency in NetSuite, Excel, and Power BI; SQL a plus
- Strong command of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting
- 6–8+ years of progressive FP&A experience, including leadership roles
