Key responsibilities & impact

Meet with homeowners who have expressed interest in our custom products and services
Provide design advice and take measurements
Help guide the client from their first consultation through California Closets' professional installation
Transform closets, garages, pantries, wine bars, guest rooms with Murphy Beds, laundry rooms and more

Requirements

What you’ll need

Commitment to learning and implementing California Closets' Facilitative Sales process
2+ years of outside sales experience (in-home sales consultations a plus)
A good driving record
Ability to pass a full background check
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize
Creative problem-solving skills
Background in interior design, direct industry experience, or a proven passion for home décor
Ability to create inspiring and delightful customer experiences
Advanced knowledge of basic computer software programs and/or previous experience with CAD software
Ability to be creative while maintaining meticulous attention to detail and craftsmanship
Team player capable of managing a portfolio of projects and clients in a dynamic environment
Proactively pursue referrals and repeat business
Superb references from previous employers
Experience measuring closet systems, cabinetry, or similar products
