About the role

  • Drive California Closets’ email marketing program and deliver technically-advanced email campaigns to enhance customer engagement and business results
  • Build advanced multi-step customer journeys, automated workflows, dynamic content, and system integrations using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Create and troubleshoot automated workflows and data processes to support real-time, triggered messaging
  • Build and manage Data Extensions, conduct data imports/exports, and use AMPscript for personalization
  • Support integration between Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CRM (Marketing Cloud Connect) for triggered sends and personalization
  • Submit creative briefs and partner with creative and marketing teams to take emails from concept to delivery
  • Help develop and maintain the monthly/quarterly email content calendar
  • QA all email assets (lists, subject lines, content blocks, links, dynamic fields, images) across devices and clients before launch
  • Use Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence Reports and Google Analytics (G4) to analyze performance and create dashboards
  • Report to the Senior Director, Relationship Marketing (CRM) and work cross-functionally with marketing, analytics, and CRM teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related field
  • Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist
  • Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Administrator
  • 5-7 years of professional hands-on email marketing experience
  • Advanced experience building, managing, and optimizing email campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Hands-on experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Audience Builder, and Content Builder
  • Proficient building Data Extensions, Contact Builder, and using Data Views
  • Experience with Marketing Cloud Connect and integrating SFMC with Salesforce CRM for triggered sends and real-time personalization
  • Proficient with AMPscript, HTML, CSS, and responsive email design
  • Experience creating and troubleshooting automated workflows, triggered messaging, and real-time data processes
  • Strong analytical capabilities and experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence Reports
  • Experience with Google Analytics (G4) or similar web analytics platforms
  • Strong Excel skills for data manipulation, charts, and pivot tables
  • Proficiency in Figma for email design collaboration, proofing, and QA
  • Thorough QA skills across devices and email clients
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Experience ideally at an agency or within a premium lifestyle brand
