About the role
- Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise AI projects — from scoping and solutioning to execution and scaling.
- Translate business objectives into actionable roadmaps with clear milestones and success metrics.
- Manage 2–4 project squads, coordinating across data scientists, engineers, and client stakeholders.
- Own client relationships, ensuring strategic alignment and delivery excellence.
- Coach and develop Delivery Analysts and junior team members to build Calibrax’s delivery muscle.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in consulting, transformation, or digital delivery roles. Proven track record leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
- Strong project and stakeholder management experience, delivering material impact and outcomes.
- Bring together people and technology resources to deliver high-quality outcomes on projects.
- Strong analytical and communication skills; able to simplify complexity.
- Interest in AI/ML applications and eagerness to work with technical teams.
- Motivated to work in a high-paced, performance-driven startup environment.
