• Our engineers build the systems that make AI actually work at scale: pipelines, APIs, integrations, and the infrastructure that keeps everything running.
• We work across a diverse range of clients and enterprises, in environments where reliability and performance are not optional.
• You will take models from experimentation to production and build the tooling that supports them.

Artificial Intelligence

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise AI projects — from scoping and solutioning to execution and scaling.
• Translate business objectives into actionable roadmaps with clear milestones and success metrics.
• Manage 2–4 project squads, coordinating across data scientists, engineers, and client stakeholders.
• Own client relationships, ensuring strategic alignment and delivery excellence.
• Coach and develop Delivery Analysts and junior team members to build Calibrax’s delivery muscle.

AI Deployment Manager

Data Scientist

• Own end-to-end model development across client engagements, from data exploration and feature engineering through to model deployment and ongoing optimisation
• Work on a variety of high-stakes AI applications, often simultaneously, in environments where rigour and speed both matter
• Communicate clearly with clients, walking them through methodology or explaining model outputs to non-technical stakeholders with equal confidence.

Product Manager

• Own the product vision for AI solutions built for clients
• Translate complex business problems into coherent roadmaps
• Work directly with founders, data scientists, and engineers to bring AI products from ideation to production
• Collaborate and drive decisions in ambiguous environments
