About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Optimize Manufacturing Performance by supporting, improving, and optimizing manufacturing processes across multiple production areas
Provide hands-on engineering support on the production floor to improve safety, quality, throughput, and efficiency
Analyze existing manufacturing methods and implement improvements that reduce waste, rework, scrap, downtime, and bottlenecks
Serve as a technical resource for daily manufacturing support and issue resolution
Investigate and resolve process, equipment, tooling, fixture, documentation, and assembly-related challenges
Develop, maintain, and enhance manufacturing documentation, including work instructions, procedures, and process standards
Support New Product Introduction (NPI) by participating in prototyping, pilot builds, production ramp-ups, and new product launches
Drive projects focused on cycle time reduction, yield improvement, throughput gains, scrap reduction, labor efficiency, and cost savings
Help maintain ISO 9001-aligned manufacturing practices, documentation, and continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, process engineering, industrial engineering, or a similar manufacturing-focused role
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, process optimization, production support, tooling, fixtures, documentation, and troubleshooting
Experience supporting new product introduction, prototyping, production ramp-up, and engineering change implementation
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and manufacturing documentation
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and ERP/MRP systems
Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management systems
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
