About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the primary commercial contact for customers seeking gas detection solutions, compliance improvements, and system upgrades.
Conduct consultative discovery conversations to evaluate customers' gas detection systems, operating environments, maintenance practices, and compliance requirements.
Design customized gas detection solutions using CTI's portfolio.
Develop and present proposals that clearly connect recommended solutions to customer safety, compliance, and operational objectives.
Collaborate with service and internal teams to develop pricing, quotations, and implementation plans.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience in gas detection field service, technical sales, solution sales, industrial safety, HVAC/refrigeration, instrumentation, or a related technical field.
Working knowledge of OSHA and IIAR gas detection requirements.
Strong consultative selling, discovery, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to communicate technical concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout an assigned territory.
