About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Replace automotive glass according to quality standards
Perform repairs on damaged glass
Complete pre- and post-inspections with customers
Use various tools and scanning equipment
Complete repair-order documentation on a mobile device
Remove and install trim panels and interior parts without causing damage
Prioritize and manage time to complete assigned daily tasks
Gain hands-on experience within a production shop

Requirements

What you’ll need

Be at least 21 years of age
Have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under Caliber's insurance policy
Must pass pre-employment screenings, including background and MVR checks
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions
Ability to perform consistent physical activity, including reaching below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs
Ability to understand written and verbal instructions
Ability to prioritize competing tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Previous collision experience and/or Collision Vo-Tech certification is nice to have, but not required
