About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Replace automotive glass according to quality standards
- Perform repairs on damaged glass
- Complete pre- and post-inspections with customers
- Use various tools and scanning equipment
- Complete repair-order documentation on a mobile device
- Remove and install trim panels and interior parts without causing damage
- Prioritize and manage time to complete assigned daily tasks
- Gain hands-on experience within a production shop
Requirements
What you’ll need- Be at least 21 years of age
- Have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under Caliber's insurance policy
- Must pass pre-employment screenings, including background and MVR checks
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions
- Ability to perform consistent physical activity, including reaching below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs
- Ability to understand written and verbal instructions
- Ability to prioritize competing tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Previous collision experience and/or Collision Vo-Tech certification is nice to have, but not required
