About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Replace automotive glass following quality standards
- Perform repairs on damaged glass
- Complete pre- and post-inspections with customers
- Utilize various tools and scanning equipment
- Complete repair-order documentation on a mobile device
- Remove and install trim panels and interior parts without causing damage
- Prioritize and manage time to complete assigned daily tasks
Requirements
What you’ll need- Be at least 21+ years of age
- Have a valid driver’s license
- Be eligible for coverage under Caliber’s insurance policy
- Pass all pre-employment screenings, including background and MVR checks
- Be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions
- Ability to perform consistent physical activity, including reaching, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
- Understand written and verbal instructions
- Prioritize competing tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Previous collision experience and/or Collision Vo-Tech certification is nice to have, but not required
