Requirements

What you’ll need

At least two years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready vehicles
Frame and structural repair knowledge
Ability to pull, straighten, and square vehicle structures
Ability to blueprint and repair vehicles correctly the first time
Attention to detail with bolts and welds
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions
