About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Replacement of automotive glass by following quality standards
  • Ability to perform repairs on damaged glass
  • Complete a pre and post inspection with customer
  • Utilize various tools and scanning equipment
  • Complete documentation of repair orders on mobile device
  • Ability to remove and install trim panels & interior parts without damaging
  • Effectively prioritize and manage assigned daily tasks

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Be at least 21+ years of age
  • Have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under Caliber’s insurance policy
  • Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including background and MVR checks
  • Previous collision experience and/or Collision Vo-Tech certification (nice to have, but not required)
