About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Replacement of automotive glass by following quality standards
Ability to perform repairs on damaged glass
Complete a pre and post inspection with customer
Utilize various tools and scanning equipment
Complete documentation of repair orders on mobile device
Ability to remove and install trim panels & interior parts without damaging
Effectively prioritize and manage assigned daily tasks

Requirements

What you’ll need

Be at least 21+ years of age
Have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under Caliber’s insurance policy
Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including background and MVR checks
Previous collision experience and/or Collision Vo-Tech certification (nice to have, but not required)
