About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform all-purpose duties including Replacement of automotive glass by following quality standards.
Ability to perform repairs on damaged glass.
Complete a pre and post inspection with customer.
May utilize various tools and scanning equipment.
Complete documentation of repair orders on mobile device.
Ability to remove and install trim panels & interior parts without damaging.
Effectively prioritize and manage your time to complete assigned daily tasks.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Be at least 21+ years of age.
Have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under Caliber’s insurance policy
Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including background and MVR checks
Nice to have, but not required: Previous collision experience and/or Collision Vo-Tech certification.
Ability to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
Be able to understand instructions – written and verbal
Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment.
