About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform all-purpose duties related to the operation of the center
  • Risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration
  • Recruit, recognize, and retain talented teammates
  • Monitor financial performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Ensure center teammates are repairing vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of Collision Management Experience
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Advanced understanding of Collision Estimatics
  • Must have prior experience with CCC1
  • Advance understanding and knowledge of the repair process/procedures
  • Be able to understand instructions – written and verbal
  • Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers
  • Ability to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
