About the role
- Lead the development of innovative learning programs using emerging technologies
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess learning needs
- Manage end-to-end project delivery of learning initiatives
- Drive change management efforts
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in learning technologies and instructional design
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in Learning & Development , Talent Development , Learning Technology , or a similar field, with a proven track record in creating innovative learning programs
- BS or BA in Instructional Design , Human Resources , Business , or a related field preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, etc.)
- Experience with AR/VR or similar technologies in training
- Demonstrated expertise in learning management systems (LMS), learning experience platforms (LXP), and other related tools.
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent change management skills
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with teams such as IT, HR, and business leaders
