About the role

  • Lead the development of innovative learning programs using emerging technologies

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience in Learning & Development , Talent Development , Learning Technology , or a similar field, with a proven track record in creating innovative learning programs
  • BS or BA in Instructional Design , Human Resources , Business , or a related field preferred but not required.
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, etc.)
  • Experience with AR/VR or similar technologies in training
  • Demonstrated expertise in learning management systems (LMS), learning experience platforms (LXP), and other related tools.
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent change management skills
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with teams such as IT, HR, and business leaders
