About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build engagement as a system, including ranking, timing, and triggers that create user habits
- Own in-product and email surfaces that show users their next step

Requirements
What you’ll need- 8-10+ years in product, including senior or staff-level engagement, growth, or lifecycle ownership
- Experience using ML for ranking or personalization
- Ability to use qualitative user-needs analysis to guide experimentation
- Ability to prioritize long-term growth and brand trust over small experimentation wins
- Ability to balance aggressive engagement goals with tasteful product experiences
- Ability to balance user and company goals
- Ability to work in the San Francisco office 1-3 times per week
- Authorized to work lawfully in the United States of America; Calendly does not engage in immigration sponsorship
