Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years experience managing a team of Software Engineers
5+ years of overall development experience, ideally using TypeScript, Node.js, and React
Experience driving the adoption of AI-powered tools and workflows
Deep proficiency with distributed / data-oriented application development and SaaS
Experience planning and leading development efforts on large projects
Previous experience leading and mentoring teams
Excellent communication skills
Experience leading Agile / Scrum ceremonies
Availability for participation in on-call rotation
Authorized to work lawfully in the United States
