About the role
- Define vision, strategy, and roadmap for Calendly mobile (iOS & Android) to drive adoption
- Develop new AI-powered scheduling experiences to drive growth from sign-up to enterprise expansion
- Stay up-to-date on ecosystem and emerging customer needs to keep Calendly indispensable
- Execute to ship products and deliver business and user impact
- Drive user research and analyze metrics that inform product success and health
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, Product Marketing, Customer Experience, and Product leadership
- Report to the Head of Product Management
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Product Management (with at least 2 years on iOS/Android platforms)
- A passion for AI with a strong understanding of the evolving AI landscape
- Experience driving the development and growth of modern B2B SaaS products, particularly in the Productivity category
- Top notch analytical abilities to drive prioritization of feature builds and experiments
- Keen product sense with deep empathy for customers
- Solid understanding of needs across B2B customer personas: Sales, Recruitment, Customer Success, Marketing
- Authorized to work lawfully in the United States (Calendly does not engage in immigration sponsorship at this time)
