- Mentoring and growing engineers.

- Providing feedback and guidance to help us continuously grow and scale.
- Hiring engineers to build out both new and existing squads for the company, with oversight on all team members that get hired onto the squad.
- Working on products and services aimed at simplifying scheduling for millions of users.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience managing a team of Software Engineers
- 5+ years of overall development experience, ideally using TypeScript, Node.js, and React
- Deep proficiency with distributed / data-oriented application development and SaaS
- Experience planning and leading development efforts on large projects
- Previous experience leading and mentoring teams and driving them toward big goals with consistent execution
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to succinctly explain deep technical concepts
- Experience leading Agile / Scrum ceremonies
- Availability for participation in on-call rotation, ensuring prompt and effective responses to business-critical alerts outside of regular working hours
- Authorized to work lawfully in the United States of America as Calendly does not engage in immigration sponsorship at this time.
