Manage daily operations and administration of HarbisonWalker International's health, wellness, and retirement benefits programs, including policies and procedures and vendor/carrier relationships; evaluate and negotiate contracts and leverage data analytics to assess program effectiveness
Administer pay systems, policies and procedures, develop salary structures, implement salary planning/administration programs, perform market data analysis, and create/revise local incentive programs; develop and deliver communication strategies on total rewards
Implement and adapt total rewards programs to meet local market conditions, legal requirements, and cultural expectations; manage regional vendor relationships and oversee negotiation/performance of local benefits providers; serve as strategic partner to regional HR teams
Monitor regional trends and regulatory changes, advise corporate leadership on necessary adjustments, analyze utilization/engagement/ROI of total rewards programs and recommend improvements
Partner with Talent Acquisition to structure competitive job offer packages including sign-on bonuses, relocation support, vehicle allowances, and other non-salary incentives
Oversee administration of federal and state leave of absence and workers compensation claims; work with third party administrators/brokers/legal counsel to ensure timely resolution and compliance
Develop annual benefits and compensation budget, review and approve invoices, identify and resolve budget variances, collaborate with Finance and assist Americas team with SGA budget planning and processing
Requirements
Requires Bachelor's degree in business, human resources or equivalent
MBA or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, including presentation planning and delivery skills
Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including people development/coaching, objective setting, and measurement skills
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with functional and technical groups to identify improvements in HR processes, scope requirements and impacts related to system and/or process changes
Demonstrated expertise regarding HCM enhancements in data integrity and streamlining of current system structures and processes
Demonstrated compensation technical knowledge (base and variable)
Strong desire to be held accountable for results
Excellent collaboration and coaching skills
Ten plus (10+) years of progressive HR operational experience or has started as Total Rewards Analyst
