About the role
- Working closely with our Payroll team to support the time and attendance transition project while gaining hands-on experience with internal workflows.
- Assist with scheduling, timelines, and maintaining project documentation.
- Take clear, effective notes during meetings and help follow up on action items.
- Support updates to project plans, workflows, and tracking materials.
- Help align cross‑functional teams, collaborating with both internal and external partners.
- Keep teams connected and informed as projects move from planning through execution.
- Learn how teams plan, track, and deliver projects on time and within scope.
Requirements
- Current student or recent graduate pursuing a degree in Payroll, Human Resources, or a related field
- Availability to work part-time during standard business hours (schedule may be adjusted to accommodate academic commitments)
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
- Ability to work independently while managing competing priorities in a dynamic environment
- Prior coursework or internship experience related to payroll (preferred)
- Familiarity with time and attendance systems such as UKG Workforce Management or Kronos (preferred)
