About the role

  • Manage daily data entry requirements and Intake process for new and existing patients
  • Oversee daily operations of incoming document fax server along with identifying and filing documentation within customer relationship management (CRM) system
  • Provide review and quality check of incoming documents, associated data entry and organization
  • Receive completed paperwork from customers (e.g., agreements, privacy notifications, etc.)
  • Support company goals and objectives, policies and procedures; Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices and FDA regulations
  • Document all interactions into the customer relationship management (CRM) system in accordance with Quality Assurance/Regulatory and HIPAA guidelines
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience within the healthcare industry focused on administrative / clerical responsibilities with a strong experience in customer service and data entry
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Computer competency including MS Office, Google, Internet, and navigation of customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
