About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Managing the end-to-end translation process for various company assets.
Translating and adapting a wide range of materials, including landing pages, resource pages, learn guides, help center articles, and text within visual elements.
Localizing application interfaces to ensure a flawless user experience for French-speaking users.
Conducting peer reviews of teammates' translations to maintain high linguistic standards and brand consistency.
Handling basic HTML formatting to prep content for marketing websites and publishing finished translations directly into WordPress.
Performing basic keyword research in French to ensure our translated content ranks well and reaches the right audience.
Regularly auditing and updating dated translations to keep our messaging current and accurate.
Providing occasional consecutive translation during Sales demos and other key client meetings.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Native-level fluency in French and professional, working proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
Proven experience in translation, localization, or a similar linguistic role.
Strong understanding of digital marketing content and the ability to adapt tone and style for different formats.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.
