About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the end-to-end translation process for various company assets.
Content Localization: Translating and adapting a wide range of materials, including landing pages, resource pages, learn guides, help center articles, and text within visual elements.
App Translation: Localizing application interfaces to ensure a flawless user experience for French-speaking users.
Quality Assurance: Conducting peer reviews of teammates' translations to maintain high linguistic standards and brand consistency.
Web & CMS Management: Handling basic HTML formatting to prep content for marketing websites and publishing finished translations directly into WordPress (training provided).
SEO Optimization: Performing basic keyword research in French to ensure our translated content ranks well and reaches the right audience.
Content Maintenance: Regularly auditing and updating dated translations to keep our messaging current and accurate.
Live Translation Support: Providing occasional consecutive translation during Sales demos and other key client meetings, as needed.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Actively participating in relevant meetings, cooperating closely with other teams, and advising with your manager on task prioritization and localization strategies.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Native-level fluency in French and professional, working proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
Proven experience in translation, localization, or a similar linguistic role.
Strong understanding of digital marketing content and the ability to adapt tone and style for different formats.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.
