About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing customer accounts;
  • Present solutions and commercial proposals across multiple channels;
  • Conduct consultative sales, delving into technical details of negotiations according to each client’s needs;
  • Lead the sales process with excellence, ensuring quality at every stage and in interactions with teams such as Customer Success, Partnerships, Support, Marketing, and Product Verticals;
  • Monitor, plan, and analyze the sales funnel using our CRM;
  • Actively participate in building the area’s commercial processes and routines;
  • Analyze performance results and implement action plans to achieve targets;

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience with sales in B2B companies;
  • Ability to apply active listening and a consultative sales approach;
  • Organized, with the ability to manage priorities and time efficiently;
  • Proactive and initiative-driven to seek solutions;
  • Customer- and results-oriented.
  • Nice to have:
  • Previous experience in account expansion through cross-selling or farming;
  • Familiarity with go-to-market strategies for modular or multi-solution products;
  • Experience in the employee benefits, HR, or B2B SaaS platform markets;
