About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and evaluate the team's performance;
  • Train and technically upskill the team;
  • Analyze the prospecting funnel, identify gaps, and implement improvements;
  • Monitor and report pre-sales metrics;
  • Mentor the team through results analysis, activity review, professional development, and technical support;
  • Cascade and communicate strategic information to the team and monitor goals;
  • Identify operational improvement opportunities;
  • Request resolution of team-specific issues from the responsible stakeholders;
  • Interact with and maintain relationships with partner departments;
  • Experience with commercial intelligence tools.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in pre-sales and strategic sales;
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies and techniques (e.g., SPIN Selling, rapport-building, BANT, WBD);
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Curiosity and a proactive attitude — seeking references, success cases, and market trends;
  • Results-oriented mindset;
  • Familiarity with sales CRMs and prospecting/commercial intelligence platforms;
  • Conflict management skills;
  • Good interpersonal skills;
  • Creativity and problem-solving abilities.
