Pre-Sales Supervisor – Outbound

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and evaluate the team's performance;
- Train and technically upskill the team;
- Analyze the prospecting funnel, identify gaps, and implement improvements;
- Monitor and report pre-sales metrics;
- Mentor the team through results analysis, activity review, professional development, and technical support;
- Cascade and communicate strategic information to the team and monitor goals;
- Identify operational improvement opportunities;
- Request resolution of team-specific issues from the responsible stakeholders;
- Interact with and maintain relationships with partner departments;
- Experience with commercial intelligence tools.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in pre-sales and strategic sales;
- Knowledge of sales methodologies and techniques (e.g., SPIN Selling, rapport-building, BANT, WBD);
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Curiosity and a proactive attitude — seeking references, success cases, and market trends;
- Results-oriented mindset;
- Familiarity with sales CRMs and prospecting/commercial intelligence platforms;
- Conflict management skills;
- Good interpersonal skills;
- Creativity and problem-solving abilities.
