About the role

  • You will be the person responsible for seeing the complete journey of our user (B2B/company) through the lens of data — from the first click to conversion and into daily product usage.
  • Analyze user behavior within the product, identifying patterns, bottlenecks and opportunities along the journey
  • Measure the impact of new features and experiments — for example, evaluate the performance of a new onboarding flow compared to previous periods
  • Build and evolve product analytics dashboards and metrics — sales funnel, conversion, activation, retention, expansion and engagement — translating complex data into clear narratives for stakeholders at different levels
  • Generate and explore hypotheses together with PMs, not just answer questions — you will challenge, question and propose
  • Partner with the Digital Analytics team to ensure events, tags and digital data are correctly instrumented and interpreted
  • Define key metrics (North Star, product OKRs) and ensure the team has continuous visibility into them
  • Conduct exploratory analyses and ad hoc studies to support strategic product and go-to-market decisions

Requirements

  • Solid experience in data analysis, preferably in digital product or growth contexts;
  • Advanced SQL skills for manipulating and exploring large volumes of data;
  • Experience with Python for more complex analyses, automations and data modeling;
  • Familiarity with product analytics tools such as GA4, Amplitude or Mixpanel — understanding events, funnels and cohorts is part of the day-to-day;
  • Experience with BI and visualization tools (Looker, Metabase, Databricks or similar) to build self-service dashboards;
  • Ability to translate data into clear storytelling and influence decisions without relying on complex presentations;
  • Strong analytical reasoning, comfortable working with ambiguity and formulating hypotheses from incomplete data;
  • Proactive and autonomous profile — someone who comes with questions, not just answers;
  • Ability to work with multiple teams and priorities simultaneously.
  • Nice to have:
  • Experience with funnel data in SaaS or fintech products;
  • Experience with experimentation (A/B testing, causal analysis);
  • Experience with event instrumentation and close collaboration with data engineering teams;
  • Familiarity with growth metrics and dynamics — activation, retention, revenue expansion;
  • Familiarity with projects involving AI or Agents — either in the product or in analytics.
