About the role

  • Lead and develop the Customer Marketing team with a focus on B2B growth
  • Foster a continuous growth mindset within the Customer Marketing team
  • Intentionally build and cultivate productive relationships with key stakeholders, strengthening the function’s role at Caju
  • Structure and evolve the area’s pillars: customer journey orchestration, product awareness, product adoption, and customer relationships
  • Develop initiatives that expand understanding, adoption, and usage of Caju’s products across the customer base
  • Design relationship programs and value-generation initiatives for customers
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Product Marketing, CRM, Customer Success, and Revenue teams
  • Establish governance and processes for customer communications
  • Define and monitor adoption, engagement, and opportunity metrics across the customer base.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership track record with demonstrated experience in developing teams
  • Strong ability to build productive relationships (including constructive, critical discussions) with stakeholders
  • Solid experience in marketing closely aligned to product, revenue, or lifecycle
  • Experience leading teams or strategic projects
  • Experience in customer relationships or customer marketing
  • Ability to connect marketing activities to measurable business impact
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Analytical capability to track adoption and engagement metrics
  • Experience working with Product, Marketing, and Revenue teams
  • Experience in B2B-focused technology companies
  • Preferred / Nice-to-have
  • Experience with product adoption or customer education initiatives
  • Experience with community or advocacy programs
  • Experience with lifecycle metrics and base expansion
  • Experience in high-growth environments.
