About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and build a team of data scientists, providing specialized technical guidance
- Coordinate projects with business areas to create solutions that meet their needs
- Design, develop, test, and implement models and algorithms to drive analytical solutions across the organization
- Oversee the model lifecycle, including development, deployment, and maintenance
- Communicate analysis results to technical partners and executives
- Coordinate with other data teams to deliver solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience managing teams
- Experience with exploratory data analysis
- Experience with predictive modeling
- Experience in Python and/or R is desirable
