About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead IT observability projects;
- Responsible for administration of IT observability tools;
- Develop and maintain solutions to monitor services, systems, infrastructure and products;
- Create dashboards to monitor operations and environment metrics;
- Implement scripts and tools for task automation, data collection and analysis;
- Perform statistical analyses related to IT monitoring to support decision-making.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field;
- Strong experience with monitoring and APM tools (Zabbix, Grafana, Dynatrace, Datadog);
- Experience with log analysis and management tools (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana – ELK Stack);
- Knowledge of building and analyzing dashboards and metrics with a focus on observability;
- Knowledge of automation and Infrastructure as Code (Ansible, Terraform);
- Hands-on experience with DevOps practices;
- Experience integrating observability tools with ITSM platforms;
- Knowledge of containerized environments and orchestration (Kubernetes);
- Experience with scripting and automation languages (Python, Ruby, PowerShell, Shell Script);
- Knowledge of virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V);
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and experience working in Agile environments.
