About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as the technical and functional product reference within the Life and Credit Product Development management, especially for Life Insurance with Surrender Value, supporting internal areas and leadership in decision-making;
- Lead and ensure the implementation of product rules in development, maintenance, redesign or launch processes, ensuring compliance with current legislation (CNSP, SUSEP, civil and consumer law);
- Provide consultative and strategic interface with internal clients (CVP, Caixa Seguridade and corporate areas), clarifying technical questions about products, contractual clauses, surrender structures, taxation, provisions, eligibility and business rules;
- Lead and validate system homologations (system testing), evaluating technical specifications, complex surrender scenarios, portability, cancellations and system behavior, ensuring regulatory and operational compliance;
- Independently prepare, review and validate General, Special and Particular Conditions, proposals and contractual documents, ensuring clarity for the client and full compliance with SUSEP regulations and other applicable legislation;
- Develop, review and maintain policy, rules and procedure manuals, promoting standardization, governance and efficiency in product, underwriting and operations processes;
- Conduct in-depth studies of new products, including market benchmarking, profitability analysis, technical and system feasibility, surrender structure, portfolio experience and analysis of results submitted to SUSEP;
- Produce executive materials and strategic presentations for committees, board of directors, shareholders and governance bodies, supporting decisions on product launch, continuation or termination;
- Prepare and validate complete functional product specifications, defining detailed business rules to guide technology teams in maintenance, enhancements and new implementations;
- Play a lead role in communications briefings with marketing, training and commercial channels, ensuring correct technical translation for external and internal materials;
- Continuously monitor product lifecycle, analyzing performance, operational feedback, regulatory risks and improvement opportunities;
- Lead and record alignment minutes and multidisciplinary forums, acting as the focal point between product, technology, commercial, legal and operations.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Law, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Project Management or related fields;
- Proven solid experience in Life Insurance with Surrender, including eligibility rules, surrenders, taxation, technical provisions and regulatory aspects;
- Substantial experience in the insurance market, with strong knowledge of current legislation (CNSP/SUSEP);
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on:
- Advanced PowerPoint, focused on executive and management presentations;
- Clear and assertive communication skills, including for technical and executive presentations;
- Mature critical judgment, analytical mindset and ability to propose innovative solutions;
- Experience working in multifunctional roles in dynamic, collaborative and high-complexity environments;
- Strong ownership mindset, responsibility and autonomy for decision-making;
- Excellent organization, planning and self-management skills;
- Proactive, resilient and results-oriented profile;
