About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct analyses, research, and monitoring of commercial indicators;
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and interactive visualizations to provide visibility and predictability of sales processes, cancellations, retention, and other commercial process data;
- Identify patterns, trends, and business opportunities from data to support the company’s strategic decision-making;
- Work in partnership with business areas to understand requirements, formulate hypotheses, and deliver customized analytical solutions;
- Automate processes for data collection, cleaning, and analysis to increase the efficiency and reliability of analytical routines;
- Create and present sales reports to the commercial team and company executives, providing valuable insights and driving tactical actions;
- Design and execute incentive strategies and sales promotion programs, working in synergy with the team to maximize performance and commercial efficiency;
- Prepare and support the team in creating lists of commercial initiatives and actions to generate inputs relevant to driving results;
- Lead tactical and strategic projects for the commercial superintendency, implementing initiatives to improve performance and increase commercial efficiency;
- Create dashboards to monitor campaigns/commercial actions, and to study and track commercial KPIs;
- Act as back-office support for commercial managers and consultants, facilitating operational and administrative processes;
- Contribute with leadership to the development of the team and to the area’s analyses and projects.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Academic degree in Data, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
- Experience in commercial analysis and planning.
- Proficiency with advanced analytical tools and expertise in sales management strategies.
- Ability to translate data analyses into practical, actionable insights to drive effective strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to influence and interact with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with commercial intelligence.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of automation tools, data interpretation, and charting.
- Advanced knowledge of Power BI.
- Advanced experience in dashboard creation.
- Advanced SQL knowledge.
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
- Additional certifications or courses in commercial planning strategies are valued.
- Experience in the insurance sector will be considered an advantage.
