About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Execute and monitor daily insurance operational processes (Life, Pension or Credit Life)
  • Verify, organize and file regulatory documents, policies, applications and endorsements.
  • Provide first-level support to the network and clients, answering basic questions about day-to-day operational processes.
  • Populate control spreadsheets and update system data so the team can monitor the area's KPIs.
  • Assist senior and mid-level analysts with administrative tasks and tracking internal deadlines.
  • Participate in basic testing of new systems or tools, validating that core functions operate correctly.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently pursuing or completed a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Insurance Management or related fields;
  • Experience with issuance and billing of Life, Pension or Credit Life products;
  • Experience with administrative routines;
  • Basic to intermediate Excel;
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
